Since the breast volume, the breast skin, the breast tissue and the nipple are different for each woman; the techniques, which are applied according to the person, are different from others. Expectations of the individuals, their breast skin and tissue characteristics and their breast feeding characteristics are also influential in the determination of the technique. Only a vertical line from the nipple exists for some women whereas both a vertical line from the nipple and a cut under the breast, which is horizontal to the vertical line, exist for some women.
This is called reverse T. In case the breast characteristics are suitable, the reduction mammoplasty can be performed only by removing the excess fat for some women. This method contains no cut. The fewer the size problems the shorter are the cuts.
